We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us, nestled in the mountains with amazing views. It was quiet and peaceful, away from the tourist crowds, but still close enough to explore the surrounding areas of interest. The hotel facilities were great, with a variety of amenities for both children and adults. Our kids had a blast with the pools, playgrounds, and horse riding school.
Nothing that we didn't like.

Loved spending Christmas here! the horse riding on offer was a huge hit with the whole family, and we all enjoyed the outside pool despite the cold weather. the staff was really friendly and their customer service was top-notch.
The room was a bit too warm, and we didn't have the option to adjust the temperature. We also experienced some issues with the internet connection in the room, which was a bit frustrating.

We had a wonderful stay in a quiet and cozy location with breathtaking views. The hotel had fantastic hiking/walking routes and was close enough to tourist attractions without the crowds and traffic. The highlight for us was the paradise for children - with pools, playgrounds, an indoor amusement area, and lots of animals to interact with. The spa for parents was a nice bonus, and we enjoyed the variety of meals offered, especially the haute cuisine dinners. The hotel also provided all the necessary amenities for families traveling with children. The location also had plenty of sightseeing opportunities, including nearby lakes, caves, and cable cars.
Although we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a few areas for improvement. The service could have been friendlier and more attentive, particularly in the restaurant.
